Resurrected from the ashes of a haunting and violent upbringing, New Orleans native & French Quarter musician Jason Scott Watson was sent out to face the world at an early age and has spent his life capturing the feel and vibe of his voodoo infested homeland of Louisiana and tied it together with his passion, anger and heightened awareness of the world and its infinite problems to bring you songs, sounds, and stories as raw as the long forgotten delta blues, and as powerful as southern metal royalty Pantera, ALICE n CHAINS, and Megadeth. Joined along the same road by writer, composition artist, and paranormal lead guitarist Dan Miranda, DRIVEN LIVID brings you their debut release“ZERO 2 HERO” that has taken a lifetime to make. A ‘collection of everything we all want to say and have felt in our darkest times and loudest outrages, be it about public and domestic violence and hypocrisy, the politically correct and racism, abandonment, world crises or government tyranny. DRIVEN LIVID hits the road this Spring /Summer and right through the fall bringing metal fans across America a fresh dose of what ever it is you think your looking for with a live show that will leave you stunned, and the hopeful influx of new suicidal s’ the courage to go ahead and pick up their self destructive weapons of choice toward a revolution for the anti-P.C. and a new revelation for the “What’s what.” Whats what?
DRIVEN LIVID is a high octane hard rock band formed out of the suburbs of Washington D.C. in middle 2010. Sponsored by Eric Decker and Austin Yavorsky, the Band was formed when the two original writer’s Jason Scott Watson and Dan Miranda of local area bands “PRODIGAL SON PROJECT” and “SOKLOJIC” joined forces with Grammy nominated producer Pete Evick of “EVIC“, and lead guitarist of “BRET MICHAELS BAND” to record and produce their debut album “DRIVEN LIVID” titled-”Zero to Hero” for release in mid April 2011 through Driven Livid L.L.C, Potomac Records, and Sony Distribution. They are joined in the studio by guest percussionist Trenton Priest of “DREAMING OF EDEN” and “SAINT DIABLO”. DRIVEN LIVID will be joined on the road by Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle,- (“Rock of Love“, “Charm School“, “I Love Money“, and “Sick Speed TV“) to film for her new talk show, “The Voice”. Cindy is well known for her tireless charitable outreach and will be working along side DRIVEN LIVID with many charity organizations along with Potomac Records including” The Sadie Rose Foundation, Heroes and Patriots, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Save The Horses, and The American Diabetes Foundation. Cindy will be making guest appearances at DRIVEN LIVID’s live performances on their ” ZERO TO HERO TOUR” this concert season.
